• Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Cancellation at least 48 hours before the tour → full refund.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours or no-show → non-refundable.
• Bookings are open until 5 hours before the tour time (subject to availability).

• If the tour is canceled by the company or due to force majeure (weather, reserve closure, operational issues), a full refund or credit valid for 12 months will be provided.
